Scott Kinsman, PE is a Team Leader in our Engineering Group. Through his 25 + year career, he has developed the knowledge and perspective to lead Foit-Albert's team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, designers, and technicians through a broad range of project types. He has bridge and highway design experience with the NYSDOT, NYSTA, Erie County, City of Buffalo, other municipalities and private agencies. He is currently serving as Project Manager on two significant projects - the City of Buffalo, NY's Ellicott Streetscape, a $1.5 Million project and the $3.2 Million Transit Bridge for the County of Allegany, NY.
