Mr. Skowron is the Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of the Buffalo office. Mr. Skowron has over 40 years of professional experience in the design and administration of projects including municipal, health care, military, educational, research, college and university, correctional and judicial, and municipal housing.

Projects have included new faciliites, renovations, alterations, reconstruction, additions, building evaluations and feasibility studies, energy conservation retrofit, structural evaluations, special education buildings and facilities for the handicapped, value engineering, updating for code compliance, and roof replacements.
