Mr. Kinsman is the head of Engineering in the Buffalo office. Mr. Kinsman has over 25 years of experience in transportation engineering including design and construction inspection of highways, bridges, subdivision, parking lots, vehicular circulation plans, and pathways. Projects that Mr. Kinsman has been responsible for include streetscape improvements to Michigan Avenue in the City of Buffalo and numerous bridge inspection projects under term contracts for the New York State Department of Transportation.
