Marketing / Proposal Coordinator

Foit-Albert Associates has an immediate opening for a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator in the Buffalo or Albany office. Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, the person assuming this role coordinates all activities involved in the preparation of proposals and presentations, develops promotional materials and supports marketing efforts with web-site content, public relations, graphics and other marketing activities.

Excellent writing and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines are essential qualities. Attention to detail is critical. 

A proficiency in graphic software programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint are highly desirable. At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is desired.  BA/BS preferred. The position may involve some travel.

Inspectors

Foit-Albert Assoc. is looking for construction inspectors to work in the Albany to the North County areas , NICET II to NICET IV or equivalent, with exp. in highway, bridge and building insp. Strong background in NYSDOT, NYSTA, NYSBA procedures and specifications preferred.
