Asbestos and Lead Based Inspections

Foit-Albert holds a valid New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) asbestos-handling license.  Our Environmental Team members are individually certified by NYSDOL as asbestos inspectors, designers and project monitors. Our Environmental Team is competent in completing pre-demolition or pre-renovation asbestos inspections as well as initial inspections associated with the Phase I ESA process.  Team members have completed many asbestos inspections on a vast assortment of transportation projects, commercial, residential, and industrial properties.  Our team has also completed Asbestos and Hazardous Waste/Contaminated Materials Screening reports (Design Phase I-IV) and Asbestos Assessments (Design V-VI).
