Foit-Albert Associates assists clients in evaluating biological resources on a Site prior to development, construction activities, and/or impacts. Foit-Albert’s scientific design team includes ecologists, wetland scientists, hydrologists, hydrogeologists, endangered species specialists, energy analysts engineers and planners.
Many members of our team are LEED-certified sustainability specialists. Our staff works to balance the protection of the resources with the ultimate goal of the project. We are knowledgeable of local, state, and federal regulations and we work as a liaison to agencies in order to get the proper permits prior to development in a time and cost efficient manner.
