Dussault Foundry - Lockport, NY

The project included completion of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) and a Phase II Environmental Investigation for the Dussault Foundry in Lockport, New York. The site had qualified under New York’s Brownfields Pilot Program and Federal funding of this project is involved. The 5.6 acre site is located in Lockport’s historic district adjacent to the Erie Canal. The Phase I ESA and Phase II Environmental Investigation were the first steps to site redevelopment.
