Foit-Albert Environmental NEPA and SEQR Compliance and Permitting Services

Foit-Albert Associates understands the NEPA and SEQR process and we can evaluate the proper environmental classifications and conduct the appropriate level of environmental review required for each project. Guidance through the review process can be critical to the accuracy and progress of these assignments. These documents, and the regulations that govern them, were formulated to allow regulatory agencies, project sponsors, private organizations and other public venues to scrutinize the potential environmental impacts of a proposed action. It also serves to allow project alternatives and mitigation measures to be presented in order to advance the project to completion.
