Foit-Albert Associates
initially provided code compliance and review services for
the church-sponsored renovation of this former Catholic Library
and Roswell Park Cancer Center
office located in the historic Allentown district
of Buffalo, NY.
After working to assist the
client with the logistics of this complex
renovation project, Foit-Albert was hired to provide the
construction documents. The challenge was to provide
these documents in a two-week
turn-around period, to accommodate the Church’s aggressive
occupancy schedule, with sufficient detail to guide the
Owner-driven volunteer
rehabilitation effort.
The project was successfully
completed on time.
