Village at SUNY at Buffalo
The project, located on a 13.7 acre site bounded by Lake LaSalle,
involved the development of 254 studio, one, two, and four bedroom
units.
The site is organized by cottage-like
two-story units fronting the lakeside and three-story units enclosing
a village green. The
development houses 552 beds clustered in two and three
story buildings.
Accommodation was made for
385 parking spaces directly adjacent to
the units.
A 2,500 square foot community
center was designed to support the new campus neighborhood.
